Detail Cleaning
Limited, hereby known as DCL, is a Privately owned and run Facilities Management
company based in Birmingham, specialising in Office, Hotel and Domestic cleaning
services.
Started in
2002, DCL has grown from serving a single hotel, Park Plaza in Nottingham, to a
company now servicing hotels inc the Ramada Group and Express By Holiday Inn, office
locations throughout the Midlands, Serviced Apartments for Prem Group, as well as a series of
clients in the Leisure sector.
DCL employ people throughout the Midlands within its contracts, and is an Equal
Opportunity employer.
Working In Partnership
DCL’s business
philosophy is to work in close partnership with the Client, and to form part of
the overall Service Delivery team. Regular Service Delivery meetings are held
in order to discuss the aspects of the work being undertaken, to ensure that
standards are maintained, and any potential problem areas are overcome.
DCL pride
themselves that they have never lost a contract due to Standards, and each
member of the Management team undertakes regular intensive training to maintain
the level of consistency. Regular internal/external audits are carried out at
the Client premises to ensure that standards are maintained, and Service Review
Meetings are held to review and discuss the findings.
Each member of
the DCL cleaning staff are put through a Requirements Training course prior to
the commencement of their employment, which is reviewed regularly to ensure its
relevance and adherence to.

DCL use only
tried and tested chemicals for their cleaning supplies, and have built up an
in-depth knowledge of which product to use and when. In addition, DCL are
actively involved with researching new ways to overcome traditional problem
areas such as stains, odours and spillages, and are working with their suppliers
to remain at the forefront of technology.
